2. Purchase by mail. Click on the order form below, enlarge, print and mail. Checks should be made payable to: "50th Celebration of Laker High School". Don't forget to add postage and handling charges.

1 Sweatshirt: $8.00
3-5 T-Shirts: $10.50
2 Sweatshirts: $12.00
All other multiples will be determined using the above prices.
